Ross Strategies is a bespoke consulting firm that advises Democratic campaigns and aligned organizations on how to build the best teams, streamline their processes, maximize their programs and scale their operations.

Lily Ross has over a decade of experience in Democratic politics - working on some of the most competitive federal races in the country. Most recently, she oversaw a national fundraising team of 13 who successfully secured a six year term for Senator Mark Kelly. Some of her prior accomplishments include scaling an exploratory team of three people to a historic operation of over 40 fundraising staff on Pete for America, as well as outraising a Republican incumbent 2:1 on former Governor Steve Bullock’s record-breaking Senate campaign.

Having led programs resulting in more than $300 million raised for Democrats, hired and managed teams of all sizes, and built multiple programs from the ground up - Lily understands the challenges that campaigns and organizations face, and how to overcome them in a rapidly changing ecosystem.
